EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
PRODUCTS
SHIPPING AND EXCHANGE:
We DO NOT ship products. Purchased products can only be picked up at our location during our operation time.
Orders that have been placed online can be picked up at our studio during the opening hours. There are no refunds. Product can be exchanged to similar product with same value, or for different size of the same value.
CLASSES
DROP-IN CLASSES
Drop-in class purchase is non-refundable and can be transferred to another person.
REGISTERED CLASSES
Registered classes are refundable on written notice. The cancellation is effective 30 days after receiving the notice (via email to info@energymartialartsstudio.ca).
Registered class can be transferred to another person after this change was agreed on with EMAS.
OUR RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE TERMS:
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify all or a portion of these terms of use at any time without further notice and without incurring any liability or obligation. If we do this, we will post the changes to these terms of use on our website (www.energymartialartsstudio.ca). Your continued access to and/or use of our website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of, and agreement to be legally bound by, these terms of use as revised. It is your sole responsibility to regularly check our policy to determine if there have been any changes to these terms of use and to review such changes.

We take great pride in our products or programs and every effort has been made to help ensure that the information contained on our website is correct. Unfortunately, however, there may sometimes be information that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions – including those that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, belt promotion tests, programs, offers, and/or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or modify or cancel orders if any information on our website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
