This class focuses on helping our students set up goals and achieve them through a step-by-step well structured Taekwondo program.
Some of the skills to be learned at All open class:
• Basic TaeKwonDo Skills: Blocks, Kicks, Punches, Stances, Fundamental Movement, Patterns (Forms)
• Basic Self Defence: Awareness, Evasion Techniques, Applications
• Child Safety: Help your child deal with bullying
• Fitness: Flexibility, Strength, Endurance
• Life Skills: Goal Setting, Confidence, Indomitable spirit, Leadership, Discipline, Respect
